True North Safety & Health Consulting is led by Marco A. Flores, CSP, CHST, OHST. Marco supports contractors, owners, and employers nationwide across construction, data center, industrial, and commercial operations. The firm is currently headquartered Texas.

Before founding True North in 2026, Marco served as a Compliance Safety and Health Officer and Safety Compliance Supervisor with Washington State's OSHA-approved state plan (L&I / DOSH). He led more than 100 compliance inspections, about three-quarters of them in construction under 29 CFR 1926, including multiple fatality investigations.

That enforcement background sits alongside 9+ years of civilian EHS experience and 5+ years of construction field safety. Clients get someone who knows both what the standard says and what it takes to get a crew to successfully operate within those guidelines.

Marco also serves as a senior noncommissioned officer in the U.S. Army, leading teams in high-consequence environments, and holds an active DoD/DoW Secret clearance for government and secure-facility projects.
